This is a slightly odd post for a sports blog, but as part of my mini-project to gather together top Parkour videos, this one belongs; “dog parkour” is the only way you can possibly describe this.

The incredible Danny MacAskill, Mr Parkour On A Bike.
Great Parkour video, see the making of it at Channel 4’s Concrete Circus.

Two young Palestinians embrace an art form and athletic discipline that offers an escape from life under occupation.
Some astonishing athleticism around Waterloo and the South Bank.
My fave bits on there are not the most spectacular – one is the liquid smooth dive and roll he does at 1’41”, but the most incredible thing is at 2’51”, where he swan dives onto an iron bar, and takes his whole flying body weight on his arms in a catch-and-hold. I suspect this guy can do several press-ups in a row.
Fantastic Parkour from a couple of young freerunners (Kie Willis and Phil Dee) in Cambridge.
