What a runner this guy was. 186 tries in 158 games for Wigan, 181 in 145 for Widnes. And “Chariots” had one of the best nicknames in sport too.

    Offiah was quick, but defensively fragile and a little contact shy.

    Des Drummond was faster and stronger and an all-round better player.
